1. About the Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between ChainSec and any physical or legal person ("Customer") who:

Collectively, ChainSec and the Customer are referred to as the "Parties" in these Terms.

2. Applicability, Scope, etc.

The term "service" refers to a collective term that includes ChainSec's services, ChainSec Pro and ChainSec Enterprise.

The term "additional service" refers to ancillary services related to regular services. Currently, ChainSec provides the following additional services: customer service, social media.

ChainSec may also refer or direct the Customer to a partner who handles matters outside of ChainSec's business area. In such cases, ChainSec's general terms and conditions apply unless otherwise agreed.

By visiting the Website, the Customer accepts ChainSec's general terms and conditions.

3. Use of the Website and Services

4.1 General

ChainSec Pro and ChainSec Enterprise are services that ChainSec provides to business customers only. The services give the user tools for managing their company's supply chain and to ensure that the company's suppliers comply with the latest cyber security requirements. The services are provided via ChainSec are not intended for private individuals.

4.2 Creating an Account

Customers can register an account when visiting the Website. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct and complete. The Customer is responsible for updating the information if it changes. The Customer is responsible for the security of the login information and must not disclose it to others. The Customer is responsible for all actions taken with the login information. If the Customer suspects that unauthorized persons have gained access to the login information, the Customer must immediately notify ChainSec.

4. Payment Terms

The stated price for the services is excluding VAT. ChainSec reserves the right to make price adjustments to the range.

By purchasing a service on the Website, the Customer accepts the relevant parts of these Terms.

4.1 When purchasing ChainSec Pro

The Customer subscribes to monthly payments made by card, and the price for the upcoming month is charged in advance. The Customer can cancel the subscription at any time, and the subscription will then be valid until the end of the current payment period. The Customer is responsible for canceling the subscription before the next payment is made. The Customer can also cancel the subscription by contacting ChainSec via email.

4.2 When purchasing ChainSec Enterprise

Payments are made by invoice or card. The terms for the ChainSec Enterprise service run for a period of twelve (12) months from the date the email containing confirmation that the user account has been activated is sent to the Customer. ChainSec has the right to adjust the price for the upcoming period if ChainSec becomes aware that the Customer's conditions for pricing have changed. The Customer undertakes to promptly inform ChainSec of any changes that affect the conditions for pricing, whereupon the price may be adjusted for the next period.

4.3 Payment Service Provider

Card payments

ChainSec offers card payments via the global and well-established payment service provider Stripe. Accepted card types are VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. Follow these links to view their terms and privacy policy.

Invoice

Our invoices are managed by Fortnox. Payment terms for invoices are 14 days for businesses. In case of non-payment after the invoice due date, a statutory late payment fee will be charged.

5. Availability

The Website is available via the internet around the clock every day. ChainSec reserves the right to shut down the Website or parts of the Website for a limited time during updates or maintenance.

The communication speed between the Customer and ChainSec's server depends on the Customer's choice of data transfer system and traffic volume. Any disruptions in the availability of the Website may occur due to internet connection, disturbances at the web host, or maintenance of the Website.

ChainSec aims for an average availability of the Website and services of 99%.

6. Processing of Personal Data

At ChainSec, your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines the personal data we collect, its purposes, and legal basis. It also explains how we protect your data and your rights.

7. Complaints and Warranty

7.1 General

If the Customer believes that there is an error in the advice or the service delivered, the Customer shall, without unnecessary delay and as soon as the Customer becomes aware of the error, complain to ChainSec.

Complaint cases are handled via email to support@chainsec.se or by mail addressed to Fiive AB, Kungsgatan 4, 411 19 Göteborg.

If a resolution cannot be reached as outlined above, disputes can be resolved through simplified arbitration with one arbitrator according to the rules of the organisation Västsvenska Handelskammaren. Additionally, consumers may contact Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, or visit www.arn.se. These terms and all related matters are governed by Swedish substantive law.

7.2 Satisfaction Guarantee

ChainSec offers a Satisfaction Guarantee. If a customer is dissatisfied with a purchased service, they can request a refund. Each case is evaluated individually. To invoke this guarantee, the customer must email support@chainsec.se within 14 days of the purchase date.

8. Copyright

The content on the Website and the underlying software are protected by copyright law, including database rights. Without ChainSec's consent, it is prohibited to copy any part of the content using any technique or to make it publicly available via the Internet or other means. This includes all services, questions and answers, and other texts on the Website, which may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed in any form without ChainSec's consent.

Unauthorized use of this content is taken very seriously, and ChainSec actively pursues action against such violations. Visitors or customers who breach these terms may be suspended, and legal action may be initiated against them.
